If there's a habit you want to maintain forever, find a way to make it fun! For my mom, that’s dancing. She’s danced her whole life because it makes her feel vibrant and beautiful and energized. Find what that is for you and stick with it!
It’s so important to teach your children the meaning of discipline. However, that is different from criticizing your children, which is something to steer away from if you want to build a strong relationship with them into adulthood.
What’s your legacy? For my mom, it’s wanting to stay active for her kids and grandkids, and that intention and commitment to her health is absolutely leaving a legacy of wellness and vibrance for her family.
