In this episode I share my story of how I used the Enneagram to build my company’s net worth from zero to over a million in 26 months. I explain how understanding myself, the Enneagram, and how to use it to understand others helped me become the best leader I could be and enabled me to understand core motivations to help others grow.

Using the Enneagram to understand the core motivations of others
I share my journey of how I wiped out my network to start over, how the Enneagram was introduced to me, and how it completely shifted the dynamic in my household with my kids. When I saw how much it moved the needle at home, I started to use the Enneagram to help build my own company.
The Enneagram helped me understand how each personality type communicates under stress, and their potential when they are healthy. I began to see the power of a great leader is being able to communicate to anyone in just the way they need it, and that delivering the message in a way people can receive it can change their life. But it wasn’t until I took the time to become my own master of self-awareness that everything changed.
Mastering yourself to help grow others, and your business
You can’t lead people if you can’t lead yourself, and you can’t lead yourself if you don’t know yourself. The Enneagram can help you master both, but if you are not seeing the results you want in your own personal growth, it is important to find a guide who has your best interests at heart.
When you have strong leadership, you work smarter not harder, you move the needle faster within your business, and you help every person around you feel seen, heard, and understood.
