The life coaching world has lost one of its absolute best. 

Laurie Foley, a favorite among Martha Beck coaches, died on March 3 after a long “relationship” with ovarian cancer.

Laurie didn’t call it a “fight” or a “battle”… it simply was what it was, and she handled it with utmost grace and dignity. In August of 2012 she hung up a “Gone Fishing” sign on her website.

In this special episode of Gutsy Glorious Radio I talk to one of Laurie’s closest and dearest friends, Michele Woodward, who, along with Laurie, is one of my all-time favorite coaches.

Michele shares how Laurie refused to let cancer make her hide. She remained “transparent, authentic, and open” throughout the experience, and from this coach’s vantage point, she became an even greater force of energy and love and true grace.

I learned so much from Laurie, and as I discuss with Michele, she taught me as much about how to live as she did about how to die.
