Most people including young adults start their New Year motivated looking forward to changing their old unpleasant behavior patterns and achieving their goals by the end of the year. However, research done in the US shows that 59% of young adults between the ages of 18 and 34 set New Year's resolutions, whereas only 9% successfully keep their New Year's resolutions.
