As my abdomen and chest area heals, I am still struggling with a weak core. I thought not being able to pick up Jersey would be the issue, but who knew my entire family would affect my recovery process. YES, MY FAMILY IS TOO FUNNY (LOL) and I cannot laugh without pain. Also, sneezing and coughing takes a lot out of me and I wish it can be avoided altogether. Nonetheless, thinking of the end results are enough to keep my mind off the pain. LISTEN for all the other aspects of recovery I was not expecting.
