席慕蓉（1943年10月15日—），蒙古族，全名穆伦·席连勃，当代画家、诗人、散文家。原籍内蒙古察哈尔部。

席慕蓉是一个以百转千回的爱情诗、写实写意的行走诗影响了一批又一批年轻人的著名诗者。写爱情、人生、乡愁，写得极美，淡雅剔透，抒情灵动，饱含着对生命的挚爱真情。

Can only be obtained by chance, not bypray,

Coming up always at moments least expected

美丽的梦和美丽的诗一样

都是可遇而不可求的

常常在最没能料到的时刻里出现

I like that kind of dream

In which everything could start again

And everything could take time to explain

Even gratitude and ecstasy are felt in myheart

As if all wasted time could unexpectedlyreturn
