Alexandra Zauner is the founder of a new mother empowerment community, Embolden, and host of Creating Ripples Podcast, a podcast focused on cultivating community and providing inspiration through uplifting and intimate conversations. Alex is a new mom and General Manager at Alchemy in Highland Park. She previously worked at Summit Orthopedics working with injured athletes and got involved with yoga from there with a growing passion for helping people stay educated and informed while staying active.
