In early April of 2023, a 25 year old man with mental health issues walked into the bank where he worked in Downtown Louisville, KY. Armed with a rifle, the man shot an killed five of his co-workers. Police arrived and an officer was shot by the gunman before fellow officers neutralized the threat.
