Kim used this perspective to launch InsureWomen in early 2021, and shares more about the process and emotion of naming - and then launching - a new business. We talk about the unique opportunity women have to be successful in sales and how to work through the feelings that can often get in our way.  

Kim Beach is the founder of Village Insurance and InsureWomen. InsureWomen's mission is to empower women in the insurance buying process to feel confident, educated, and respected - with the attention they deserve. The company also provides a marketing platform for other female-identifying agents who are passionate about helping women in this process.
