We've reached the end of Trapped in Transition and what better way than to talk about coming out of your transition. You see, a transition can only exist if there's an entrance and an exit, so at some point we have to follow through and finish things out. That could mean we make habits and stick to them, or it could simply mean finishing up a project that we took on and worked hard to get through.
