Rick Mills is the International Director of the FUEL-Youth Ministry Specialists and is known as the “architect” of Student-Led Youth Ministry. He has trained more than 14,000 Senior Pastors and Youth Pastors giving them the blueprints and direction to allow teenagers to lead their youth ministries and communities. 

As a former youth pastor himself, and learning that more than 75-percent of young people raised in the church, leave the church after high school, Rick sought God for a more fruitful way to reach this generation. 

Rick travels extensively throughout the U.S., Canada, Russia, and South America speaking to thousands of teens and church leaders empowering them to raise up young leaders. He has authored four books including The Big Turn Over and The Revolutionary Plan of Student-Led Youth Ministry.

Rick has previously worked for Dr. James Dobson's organization, Focus on the Family serving as Creative Director with their monthly teen publications and assisting with their youth culture department.

Rick has also traveled with Ron Luce, speaking to youth and church leaders at their Acquire the Fire Youth Conferences.  He’s a husband, father of 5, and a grandfather to 7.
