The session is recorded on Christmas Day 2022 I sit down with Zach and we reflect on the 60K 2022 ultra marathon via great South Road. We discussed the good.. the bad and also reflect on what can be improved for 2023.  

We also talk about not only the physical journey but also the spiritual journey that this run impacted us and how it made us feel but also how  it inspired us to keep going and we felt like giving up.
