chicora (chim) williams welborn is a dedicated wife, mother, daughter, and founder of starlight therapeutic riding center, a non profit focused on supporting individuals with disabilities. raised on a ranch in Texas by clayton and modesto williams, figures well known in local Texas lore, chim grew up surrounded by horses and understood their transformative power and healing.
