"I think people are interestingly more open to change at times of crisis and you can maybe accomplish things that you otherwise would not be able to accomplish. [...] We've really taken advantage of that opportunity to move people forward."

In this episode, James is joined by Evelyn Kaupp. Evelyn is the Chair of the YMCA of Greater Boston Board of Directors and she is using her position to make great strides. When she first came to Boston she fell in love with the community the Y gave her, and from that love sprang more love. She now dedicates herself to giving back, using the Y to its full potential.
