“I have so much faith in camp.”   In this episode, James is joined by his nephews who have just returned from North Woods Camp for Boys. North Woods is one of the YMCA of Greater Boston's overnight camps in New Hampshire and both nephews (James and Joseph) are happy to talk about their experiences, memories, and aspirations for attending camp in the future. They have returned happy, healthy, and excited to embark on an overnight camp adventure again next year.

In this episode, James is joined by Dima Hendricks. Dima is a survivor of sickle cell disease, a terrible illness that targets people of color almost exclusively. She isn't just a survivor though; she is a warrior who has been crowned Ms. Black Dorchester, Ms. Black Massachusetts, and Mrs. Massachusetts International. In addition to these accomplishments, she has been involved in a number of campaigns and groups advocating for health and wellness.
