You ready for a VERY significant mind shift? Was "Do your best" a phrase that seemed like it should have helped you more than it did? Or is it a phrase that you wish meant more to your students than it does?

This episode incorporates the Common Humanity component of self-compassion in that it can release all the pressure that comes from the phrase "Do your best". Ironically, once that pressure is lifted, we actually do better. Crazy huh!?!?!?
