This is one of the formal practices of the Midnfulness Based Stress Reduction Program of the UMass Center for Mindfulness. Dr Iris Stammberger has practiced mindfulness meditation for 20 years and is a teacher of Mindfulness-Based Stress Reduction at the Beth Israel Hospital and other venues.
