Ever felt like the pace of the day was too fast?
Ever felt guilty about taking the time you need to slow down, or move at a different pace?
In today’s episode, I’m sharing some of my personal experiences with slowing down, listening to my body, and allowing myself to do what I need...when I need.
A huge disclaimer that I recognize that the capitalistic framework we are under can make it challenging to give ourselves what we need. There are systemic factors at work that impact us and that can bring challenges to caring for ourselves and walking our own pace.
So I invite each of us to see where we can weave in even a little more of what we need in life, and to challenge the thought-patterns that may have been taught to us about being “on” all the time, about hustle, and about being productive.
