Today’s conversation with Sam Marasek, a registered sports dietitian who was a collegiate athlete and was fascinated with the direct correlation between fueling and performance. This led her to dietetics and now she specialized in sports nutrition through her business. She consults with individuals and teams on optimal performance and is a certified intuitive eating coach. She also is also a wife, a mom and still carries her passion for running.
