What does recovery feel like?  What does recovery sound like?  What does recovery taste like?  What does recovery smell like?  What does recovery look like?

 

Self-Care:  Make a delicious, nutrient-dense lunch for yourself.  Sit down and savor it.

Family Fun Idea:  Can your kids move m&m's from one plate to another with only a straw?  How about a marshmallow toss?  A free dance?

 

You are exactly the right mom for your kids.  I am so glad to know you.
