We kicked off our Love Note series and talked about loving ourselves, which next to God is most important!

Everyone expresses and receives love differently, and the way it is communicated individually is called a "love language". The Bible speaks very simply on how to love our spouse, but there are more specific love languages out there that are important to study.

We'll journey into all of this today and we hope you take something meaningful from it!
