This is a hot topic, over the last few years the number of clients I have had asking me about this has risen exponentially, and so it seems the right thing to do to make a little training on the subject.
I won't be covering the ethics, the environmental impact or anything like that, as for that kind of thing I'm simply not the person to be talking about it.
However I will be talking about some health implications, how it might affect your results and mostly about practical ways to make the change or even just adjust yourself to a more plant based diet if you want to, for whatever reason.
