Christy suggests these ideas to wrap up and reflect on 2022.

1. Scroll all the photos on your camera.  Notice what mattered to you.  What feelings do you feel?

2. Pick a word or a sentence to summarize 2022.  

3. Pick a theme for 2023, Christy's is "Everywhere I look I see miracles."

4. List 10 simple joys that you loved in 2022

5. List 10 random acts of kindness you can do by the end of January 2023.

 

Self-Care: Try one or all of the five ideas above.  

 

Family Fun: Plan for New Year-- Milk and cookies? Games? Activities on the hour?
