Centennial and Cascade are two classic hops. In my first small batch 2 hop series I wanted to brew homebrew with hops that everyone one could get. In this homebrew batch, I wanted to make an IPA. So I took grain from 2 other batches and added them into one. This homebrew is using 2-Row, Oats and Honey malt.

NE IPAs are the big deal in craft beer right now. Homebrews are also trying to make them. My local homebrew club went over how to make them so I wanted to take that recipe and see what I could do with it. So I made a small batch NE IPA with Citra and Galaxy hops

Azacca and Medusa are 2 newer hops that could be used in a lot of IPAs and NE IPAs. I wanted to make some small batches with only one malt to see how they would stand up to that one malt. This was an all grain BIAB batch of homebrew.

El Dorado hops are a dual purpose hop with high Alpha Acid and intense flavors. You can use El Dorado hops for bittering and later additions. To get the profile of El Dorado hops I made a smash beer with them to see what I get from this hop. This homebrew is using 2-Row, Maris Otter and US-05 yeast.
