El Dorado hops are a dual purpose hop with high Alpha Acid and intense flavors. You can use El Dorado hops for bittering and later additions. To get the profile of El Dorado hops I made a smash beer with them to see what I get from this hop. This homebrew is using 2-Row, Maris Otter and US-05 yeast.
