Happy New Year's and what a way to start 2021 with self-love! 2020 caused most of us to really reflect on what's important and lead us to the realization that the world is in need of healing.  Love is the greatest gift we can give each other but it has to start with loving ourselves. In this episode, we discuss what self-love is and why it's so important. You and I come from different walks of life but the ability to love ourselves right where we are at and grow in self-love gives us the power and capabilities to care about the world we live in.  This is the time to look up and elevate - together!
