32. How to stop unnecessary mom or partner guilt and reduce overwhelm

Do you feel overwhelmed a lot?  Do you ever feel like you need to do more for your kids/spouse/parents/friends?  Stuck trying to do all the things for everyone all the time and forgetting about yourself?  Perhaps the guilt is eating you up.


In today's episode I share a recent realization of how the way I look at things or think about them may be the cause of some of my own stress and overwhelm.  I share some of the changes we can make to feel better and reduce the overwhelm.
