While working with her husband, who is a pilot, Linda Reynolds identified a pattern that most training in the aviation industry was boring, was not interactive, and had opportunities for improvement. To address these gaps, Linda developed a Solomon's Facilitative Model to develop other training professionals in the aviation industry to train adults well.
