RadLex SNOMED Ontologies In this episode, join hosts Arjun and Jason, as they discuss Ontologies, including an overview of the SNOMEDCT and RADLEX frameworks with Drs. Kenneth Wang and Scott Campbell.

Dr. Kenneth Wang is the MRI Section Chief for the Baltimore VA Medical Center and assistant professor of diagnostic radiology at the University of Maryland School of Medicine in Baltimore. He is a member of the RSNA informatics committee and serves as chairman of the RadLex steering committee and active in the 3-D printing special interest group. Dr. Scott Campbell is an associate professor in the Department of Pathology and Microbiology at the University of Nebraska Medical Center where he is also the Director of Pathology and Public Health Laboratory Informatics and the Senior Director of Research Information Technologies for UNMC. Dr. Campbell is a certified SNOMED Implementation Advisor and trained SNOMED CT author and serves in multiple capacities within SNOMED International including as the Chair of the Cancer Synoptic Reporting Working Group.
