When you've been in an abusive, narcissistic or toxic relationship you're bombarded with many thoughts and feelings, often conflicting. Most of the time those thoughts are not helpful. You judge and criticize yourself. You doubt and question yourself. You often feel shame. Even if you've been out of the relationship for a while, these thoughts and feelings can still surface. That's why I'm offering to you a path to self-forgiveness so you can stop feeling "less than." This is a path to self-compassion and self-kindness. The more I practiced forgiving myself, the more I was able to accept the past, experience joy, and move forward to create the life I desired. Without guilt!
