Women often hide in shame when they’ve been abused. They hide the truth from those closest to them. They’re confused and blame themselves. Sound familiar? That’s what Whytli Rogers, my young guest did right under the roof of her parents, and with whom she was so close, too. Her “popular-handsome-guy-at-school-religious” abuser started pursuing her at 15. At 16, he raped her but she told no one. Her behavior becomes erratic, she became more and more depressed until everything broke loose. Now she speaks up with incredible courage because her rapist has gone scot-free, co-founded a non-profit to help others like her, and became a life coach. Discover her path to reclaiming her voice and value.
