A retired policewoman with a comprehensive understanding of the law sought to purchase investment property for some extra income however discovered that the property sourcing sector was in considerable need of regulation. Property Sourcing Expert, Tina Walsh, wrote a book on the industry, started a training company and has set up a National Association to govern it and now wants to aid others in the industry to invest and serve with confidence. With a keen eye for detail, Tina aims to raise awareness about the many businesses that operate illegally in the sector and inspire people to operate with total compliance.
