After briefly running through the drastically different material impacts that come from electoral versus community organizing, they walk through the importance of social policy in bolstering the freedom of the public and undermining the leverage from the private sector, and parse through the importance of acknowledging the role race plays in class politics. Wrapping up, Malaika Jabali reaffirms the central role of community organizing in providing tangible results for the success of socialism and the failure of capitalism’s lens on humanity.
