🚨🥃 HUGE NEWS — OUR SECOND BARREL PICK IS COMING! 🥃🚨
We are beyond excited to finally announce that The 323 Bourbon Library picked our FIRST barrel of wheated bourbon from Harris Ranch Whiskey LIVE on the podcast!
And this one is an absolute MONSTER. 🔥
🥃 Harris Ranch Whiskey x The 323 Bourbon Library
🌾 Wheated Bourbon
⏳ 10 Years, 6 Months Old
💪 134 Proof
🛒 Coming to Seelbach’s in EARLY OCTOBER 2026
🚨 WANT EARLY ACCESS?
DM ME FOR A CODE! We’ll be giving our followers an opportunity to get in early before the public release.
NOSE: Deep, dark, and highly aromatic. It immediately opens with waves of honeyed wheat and vanilla frosting, followed by light green apple, brûléed brown sugar, and beautifully aged spiced oak.
PALATE: Incredibly viscous, dense, and oily on the tongue. It starts with dark cherry, green apple, light maple syrup, and toasted almonds before transitioning into dense oak, dried fruit, and leather. The sweetness and mature oak stay beautifully balanced throughout.
FINISH: Long, warming, and deeply complex. The extra age brings forward elegant oak tannins, dry cocoa and cinnamon, all wrapped in an incredibly velvety, viscous finish.
We couldn’t be happier with how this barrel turned out. 10½ years old. 134 proof. Wheated. Exactly the kind of big, rich, mature bourbon we wanted representing the 323 Bourbon Library.

In Episode 025 of the 323 Bourbon Library Podcast, Ronnie and the gang are cracking open one of the biggest, boldest, and most sought-after bottles in American whiskey—the 2025 George T. Stagg from the legendary Buffalo Trace Antique Collection.
Every year, GTS comes with massive expectations, and the 2025 release clocks in at a monster 142.8 PROOF! But massive proof and a legendary name don't automatically guarantee a great bourbon.
We're giving this bottle the full BOTTLE BREAKDOWN, diving into the nose, palate, finish, mouthfeel, proof integration, oak, complexity, and overall drinking experience. At 142.8 proof, we're especially interested in whether all that horsepower enhances the whiskey—or completely takes over the pour.
Expect big flavors, plenty of heat, and some strong opinions as we determine where the 2025 release stacks up against the reputation George T. Stagg has built over the years.
The biggest questions:
🔥 Does 142.8 proof drink as big as it sounds?
🥃 Does the 2025 release live up to the GTS name?
🏆 And could George T. Stagg 2025 be a legitimate BOTTLE OF THE YEAR contender?
Grab a glass—and maybe some water—and join Ronnie and Giancarlo as we take on the 2025 George T. Stagg!

It’s time for BETWEEN THE LABELS, where we put two closely related bottles head-to-head to find out what really separates them once the corks are popped.
For Episode 024, Ronnie and Barsch are taking on a Buffalo Trace showdown:
🥃 Eagle Rare 10 Year
🆚
🥃 Eagle Rare 12 Year
Eagle Rare 10 Year has long been one of the most recognizable and sought-after bottles in the Buffalo Trace lineup. But with the introduction of the older Eagle Rare 12 Year, we have to ask—what do those extra two years really bring to the glass?
Ronnie and the crew taste them side-by-side, breaking down the nose, palate, finish, oak influence, complexity, proof, and overall drinking experience to see just how different these two Eagles really are.
Does the classic 10 Year still deliver the better balance and value? Does the additional age of the 12 Year bring another level of maturity and complexity? And most importantly…
🦅🔥 IF YOU COULD ONLY HAVE ONE—EAGLE RARE 10 OR EAGLE RARE 12—WHICH ONE ARE YOU TAKING?
Two age statements. Two bottles. One winner.
Pour yourself something good and join Ronnie and the crew as we go BETWEEN THE LABELS with Eagle Rare 10 Year vs. Eagle Rare 12 Year!
