It's so easy to fall behind when it comes to drinking enough water, especially when life gets busy. But our bodies are constantly sending us signals when we're not drinking enough — from headaches, dizziness, and muscle cramps, to constipation, dry skin, mood swings, and even confusion. Yes, confusion!

I walk you through the key signs of dehydration, what's happening inside your body when it's not getting enough water, and — most importantly — simple, practical tips to stay hydrated every single day. From starting your morning with a room temperature glass of lemon water, to infusing your pitcher with fresh fruit, to eating water-rich foods like watermelon, soups, and berries — small changes make a big difference.

Remember, just by going about your normal day, your body loses between 8 and 12 cups of water — so we're already behind before we even get started!
