When we ignore, repress and suppress our emotions for the sake of "looking" powerful, we actually cut off our power.

Our emotions, when felt and processed, reveal what is going on in our heart--what we deeply believe at our core...and what we deeply believe at our core, not only affects what we feel, but what we think, how we make decisions and how we behave.

It's time to stop acting like "we're good" and really become good ground on the inside.

It's time fight the inner fight so we are ready for the outer fight.

While it's hard work to be you, this is the most fruitful work you'll ever do.
