Homily given on the 32nd Sunday in Ordinary Time (Year C) at St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church in Clarendon, VA on Sunday, October 13, 2019 (10:30 am Mass). My last Sunday at St. Charles before being transferred to St. Veronica's.

Mass Readings were as follows:

  • 2 Maccabees 7:1-2, 9-14 -- Seven brothers and their mother martyred
  • Psalm 17 -- "Lord when your glory appears, my joy will be full."
  • 2 Thessalonians 2:1-3:5 -- "The Lord is faithful."
