How many people can a Boarding House hold?  Of course one could stay in the rooms that were above ground.  However one could find themselves in the holes dug in the ground.   When the police searched the home, there was only one clue that led them to find the truth.

This haunting story took place in downtown Sacramento, back in the 1980's.
