Michou made a conscious decision to embark on a regular regimen of mushrooms, sparking a seven-month journey that ultimately led her to transform her relationship with alcohol and rediscover herself and her place in the world, a journey in which mushrooms played a crucial role. Her journey took an even more spiritual turn when she began experiencing visions of the future and having encounters with otherworldly entities. This revelation compelled her to delve deeper, using mushrooms as a personal tool for transformation but also to help others on their journeys.

Now, Michou stands as a guide, mentor, facilitator, and integration person, dedicated to helping others navigate their paths of self-discovery and consciousness expansion. Breaking the pattern of how we keep our shame & secrets around our sexual education or lack thereof! Is a great place to start!   Once those patterns clear from bodies a new space is created!  We get to fill that space with awareness of how we really want to experience our life!
