My mission is to develop people / leaders that CARE about those they are responsible to lead, and help them leave a great legacy. One way I accomplish that, is through candid talk in a “laid back” style about real issues that people face. Seriously, I just want to talk about it, and have you think about it. Then you decide what to do about it in your life...it is your legacy after all!
