Are you a Christian that has left the church or can't seem to find one that is right for you? You are not alone. Christians today are leaving the mainstream churches and for various reasons.

In episode #331, Kim offers a sobering perspective for why people are leaving mainstream churches. It's not a new thing, for "what has been is what will be, and what has been done is what will be done. There is nothing new under the sun." Ecc 1:9

Kim dives right into the Old Testament to show how God separated and blessed the Israelites from the Egyptians and settled them into the land of Goshen. Goshen was a physical place of refuge as well as the chosen people of God. In Goshen, God would spare the Israelites of the judgment that was to befall the Egyptians.

In the New Testament, "goshen" was not a physical place per se but a spiritual people, set apart and called by God as described in Acts 2. Like Goshen in the Old Testament, the church IS the people of God.

God intends the church to be a "goshen"… a safe place for His people, His family, His army -- a unified people in the earth. That is what God intended the church to be.

That is NOT what today's mainstream church has become. In other words, today's mainstream church has become Satan's whore; he is pimping her out! The church is defiling herself, and many Christians have become slaves to the world and its religious systems, denominations, practices, etc.  God's people have had enough.

Here are Four (4) Reasons Why People Are Leaving Mainstream Churches:

God is moving mightily in the world today. People can feel it. God is setting people free on the heels of judgment.
