Rob is a CHEK Holistic Lifestyle Coach with a bachelor’s degree in Sustainable Food & Farming. He has spent the past 11 years incorporating a variety of health practices to utilize into his wellness toolbox. Motivated by a concussion that knocked him out of physical activities at 17 years old, he set out on a mission to become the best version of himself and empower others. In early 2017, Rob began a transformative journey to Southeast Asia where monumental shifts occurred. Living in the jungles of Sri Lanka as the only American, Rob gained perspective and experience connecting without the use of a common language. He recognized that the smallest details make all the difference in life.
