One of my biggest problems I encountered as I pursued the unknown path of starting my online fitness business, was deciding on who I actually wanted to work with. 

You hear about choosing your “target market” and “getting a niche”, but nobody ever explained to me what this was, and how to go through a decision making process to make it happen. 

In the episode, I break down how to gain clarity on the first step in running a coaching business, which is solidifying who to market, sell, and deliver your coaching program to. 

If you don’t nail who your market is, your coaching clients will drain you instead of inspire you, your marketing and sales won’t resonate, and therefore, you won't create the impact, income, and freedom that you desire. 

But when you dial in your ideal client, your life will become disturbingly fun, exciting, and profitable.
