Jessica Long is a holistic health coach specializing in perimenopause, whose mission is to help midlife women feel more informed and connected through this wild stage of life. She has healed gut and skin issues through nutrition and alleviated a long list of perimenopause symptoms through simple but powerful lifestyle changes. She is also the host of the podcast Belong Wellness, where she shares midlife conversations with depth, data, and a dash of sass.
