Misinformation is everywhere, unfortunately... It can be hard to know what to believe and even harder to know what to do. Every time you get on social media, there's conflicting information. "Follow this diet or try this new exercise program." It can be overwhelming, so we will clear up 5 common myths in this episode. 

  • Does eating too little cause fat storage 
  • Does it take multiple hours each day to get fit 
  • Is soreness a good measure of an effective workout 
  • Will lifting make you too bulky
  • Is cardio the best way to lose weight
