- Often is attached to our self-worth - if I am busy I am worthy human
- Roots in capitalism where human is only worth how much they can produce

Is it actually laziness? What often hides behind
- procrastination - being too scared to start something new, to put ourselves out there, the fear of being vulnerable
- sometimes what we are trying to force ourselves to do - is something that we really don’t like doing
- can’t concentrate on anything, so keep abandoning tasks and starting something new.
This episode will bring a new perspective to laziness and will help you to move forward.
