He suggests that we become aware of our excuses and write them down to challenge them. He also recommends that we turn pro by asking ourselves how we would behave if we were the best in the world at what we do. 

He concludes that we are the best at bringing our message to the world, and it's important to recognize that and have the courage to get unstuck.
