We all have pet peeves. As a matter of fact, I don’t know anyone who doesn’t have them - everyone has something that makes them tick! In this episode, I’m sharing some of my biggest peeves and my philosophy on how being open and transparent about your pet peeves in your relationships would actually help avoid a lot of unnecessary tension.

Some key takeaways from this episode include:
It’s completely normal and human to have pet peeves. I actually think we could have more conflict-free relationships if we politely share our pet peeves with the people we’re closest with and be mindful of theirs as well.
Remember that if someone is demonstrating one of your pet peeves, they’re probably not doing it on purpose. Give them some grace and decide whether it’s worth it to say something to them about it. If they’re a stranger to you, maybe let it go.
If you are doing something that’s someone else’s pet peeve, and that person is important to you, do your best to hear them out and correct the behavior.
Talks With Your Trainor is hosted by Meghan Trainor, the Founder of BodyByTrainor! Have you ever worked with a coach or personal trainer and ended up sharing all your life stories with them?
