Michelle Levy is a certified life and soul coach, spiritual guide, Breakup & Divorce Recovery Coach, and transformational creativity facilitator. She’s the former founder of the Canadian gourmet brand Wildly Delicious Preserve Co Ltd., where she spent over 30 years as an entrepreneur, including navigating a five-year legal battle to reclaim her voice and value. That soul-stretching journey led her to her true calling: helping women recover from narcissistic abuse, emotional neglect, and heartbreak and guiding them back to their power, purpose, and soul sovereignty.
Michelle’s work is deeply rooted in trauma-informed coaching, somatic healing, inner child work, and sacred creative expression—including her beloved crayon therapy practice. This playful and profound method became a lifeline during her healing, helping her rediscover her colour, voice, and joy. Now, she facilitates the very class that helped restore her, guiding others to process emotion, reclaim identity, and express themselves beyond words.
She works with empaths, creatives, and high-achievers navigating divorce, betrayal, and identity collapse who are ready to stop shrinking and start shaping their lives with intention and soul. Michelle lives in Canada with her husband and is currently writing a book and developing a healing curriculum to help women rise, root, and reclaim their stories.

“The wound is the place where the Light enters you.” —Rumi
This quote speaks to my healing ethos: that we don’t need to hide or fix our wounds, we need to honour them. Because they are not the end of the story. They’re the sacred doorway back to ourselves. Soul Sovereignty.
