A former full-time competitive swimmer, Ali's life took a drastic turn when she woke up with yellow skin and eyes, and pain signaling the onset of a severe health condition.

Ali takes us through the initial hospitalization, her diagnosis, and the challenges of adapting to a new reality on steroids. Despite her resilience, her health continued to decline silently, marked by frequent trips to the bathroom and significant weight loss.

The turning point came in 2015 when Ali hit a breaking point and was forced to confront the severity of her condition. Admitted to the hospital, she faced a life-altering decision and was given 2 weeks to live! Ali had a life-saving surgery and what follows is a rollercoaster of highs and lows, including a diagnosis of Crohn's disease and the discovery of Primary Sclerosing Cholangitis.

Ali's journey also takes us through the mental challenges she faced, talking us through an incredibly dark time and how she managed to pull herself out of it. Ali's relaxed and humorous storytelling sheds light on the emotional and physical toll of chronic illness, inspiring resilience in an easy-to-digest way.

Join us as Ali shares the untold aspects of her story, navigating life with chronic diseases, and finding strength in vulnerability. Her journey is a testament to the power of resilience, self-discovery, and the importance of advocating for one's health and speaking up when you need help.
