They discuss how astrology offers us a map of the archetypal energies that shift and change in the living world of which we are a part, and how this map can also be applied to plants, both using astrological terms and using the fundamental map of ancient herbalism, herbal energetics. They ponder on the importance of getting out of the mind and into the heart to our capacity to tune in to the sacred that is everywhere.
